Lawyers for Ian Bailey will indicate this morning whether they intend to appeal an order for his extradition to France.

The French authorities issued the warrant for the purpose of prosecuting the 53-year-old journalist for the murder of film producer Sophie Toscan du Plantier in West Cork.
