Police probe Derry shooting incident

Police in the North are investigating a shooting incident in Derry in the early hours of this morning.

Two shots were fired at the front door of a house on the Muldonagh Road in Claudy just before 6am.

One of them hit the front door, the other went through the living room window.

A man who was inside at the time escaped injury.

The PSNI is appealing to anyone with any information to come forward.
