Cowen’s brother elected in Laois-Offaly as count finishes

The brother of Taoiseach and former Fianna Fáil Brian Cowen has been elected to the third seat in the Laois-Offaly constituency.

Barry Cowen along with fellow Fianna Fáil candidate Sean Fleming as well as Fine Gael's Marcella Corcoran Kennedy and Sinn Fein's Brian Stanley have completed the line-up for Laois-Offaly.
