FG's Flanagan leads in Laois-Offaly, nobody elected

Charlie Flanagan of Fine Gael is ahead of Brian Cowen's brother Barry after the first count in the Laois-Offaly constituency.

Mr Flanagan has 10,443 votes while Fianna Fáil's Barry Cowen has 8,268 and the quota is 12,373 votes.
