'Historical shell' causes Wexford evacuation

A number of people living in the Faythe area of Wexford town have been evacuated from their homes this afternoon, after a suspicious object was discovered at the back of a house.

Gardai say they believe the object to be an historical shell and the evacuations are just a precautionary measure.
