Martin: Kenny 'at sea' on public spending plans

The Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin has accused Fine Gael's Enda Kenny of treating the electorate with "disdain".

Mr Martin said the Fine Gael leader has once again been caught out "at sea" on his public expenditure plans.
