Jury in Inchicore murder trial deliberating for second afternoon
The jury in the trial of two Dublin brothers accused of stabbing a man to death in Inchicore five years ago is entering its second afternoon of deliberations.
Warren and Jeffrey Dumbrell from Emmet Place both deny murdering Christy Cawley in October 2006.
It is the State's case the two men undertook a "joint enterprise" to kill the father-of-six, but lawyers for the men say they only intended to threaten Mr Cawley.
The jury began its deliberations yesterday and has been told it can return a majority verdict where at least 10 jurors agree.
