Impossible to abolish college fees, admits Labour

Labour is admitting that it will not be possible to abolish college fees within the lifetime of the next Government, due to the financial constraints facing the country.

However the party is pledging to reverse the €500 rise in the third level Student Services Charge, which was increased to €2,000 in the Budget.
