Noonan: Recapitalisation delay 'a political stroke'

Fine Gael have described the Finance Minister Brian Lenihan's decision to delay recapitalising banks and to let the new Government do it as a "political stroke".

Up to €7bn is due to be pumped into AIB, Bank of Ireland and the EBS by the end of the month.
