Six dead, six injured in Cork air crash

Six people have died and six others were injured when a plane travelling from Belfast City Airport crashed in fog at Cork Airport today, a Cork County Council spokesman said.

There were 10 passengers and two crew aboard the Metroliner sw4 light aircraft, which crashed on Runway 17 of Cork Airport at 9.51am this morning.
