Varadkar: Latest poll a boost to FG morale
With just three weeks to go until polling day all political parties will be out in force again today outlining some more details of their election manifestos.
Labour is to launch its plans for a Strategic Investment Bank, while Fine Gael will outline proposals to abolish the HSE.
Fianna Fáil will launch its plan for promoting jobs in the agri-food sector.
Sinn Féin President Gerry Adams will be joined by his party's 41 General Election candidates at the National Gallery for the official launch of the party's General Election campaign.
The news comes as a new opinion poll in today's Sunday Business Post shows that Fine Gael are still on course to lead the next Government, with 35% of the vote.
Labour is in second place, up 1% to 22% while Fianna Fáil is also up 1% to 17%.
Fine Gael TD Leo Varadkar said this latest survey is a further boost to morale within the party but they are taking nothing for granted.
