Fine Gael offers five-point plan to get Ireland back to work

Fine Gael has unveiled a five-point recovery plan it insists will get Ireland working again.

The party has promised 20,000 jobs a year from infrastructure projects; no hikes in income or corporate taxes; a slimmed-down public sector; a reformed political system and unversal healthcare.
