Squad cars damaged outside Cork garda station

Two squad cars have been damaged in an incident outside Blarney garda station in Cork this morning.

Thousands of euro of damage was done to the two cars, one of which was a marked garda car.

Two men in their twenties were arrested a short time later.

Both are being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act at Gurranbraher garda station.
