Callely in court bid to recover unpaid wages

Ivor Callely has made a surprise appearance at the High Court looking for almost €17,000 in wages to be repaid to him following his suspension from the Seanad.

His lawyers say he should be compensated for a loss of earnings during his 20-day suspension - and say he should receive compensation for the loss of future earnings.
