Gardaí are today questioning a man in connection the murder of another man in Limerick last year.

Lee Slattery, 24, who had been missing for five days, was found buried in a shallow grave in a field near Moyross by members of his family.

Mr Slattery was found face-down in the grave after he was shot in the head last May.

A 22-year-old suspect is being questioned about the murder at Mayorstone garda station on the north side of Limerick.
