Airline passengers who are victims of the current industrial dispute at Aer Lingus are entitled to certain compensation and concessions under EU Law.

Caroline Curneen of the European Consumer Centre in Dublin explained that passengers whose flights have been cancelled "are entitled to a refund from the airline or to be re-routed on a new flight at the earliest possible opportunity.
