NI authorities draft in Red Cross to aid in water crisis

The Red Cross is being drafted in to distribute emergency supplies of bottled water in Belfast as the North's water shortage crisis escalates.

Thousands of homes are affected with some without supplies for nine days after an unprecedented number of leaks caused by the ongoing thaw.
