Hanafin dismisses ECB concerns about banking legislation

Tourism Minister Mary Hanafin has today dismissed concerns expressed by the European Central Bank about emergency legislation on the banks.

The Government rushed the laws through the Dáil and Seanad last week that give sweeping powers to the Finance Minister.
