Cold snap predicted from tomorrow

Met Éireann is today predicting a cold snap over the coming days, with a risk of snow and freezing conditions.

Temperatures are set to plummet to sub-zero levels across many parts of Ireland.

Two weeks ago parts of the country were brought to a standstill as the bitterly cold weather took hold.
