Frontline launches campaign to protect defenders of human rights

A new campaign is being launched today for the protection of human rights defenders who are at risk.

Ten leading Irish public figures - including Andrea Corr, the Ombudsman Emily O'Reilly and TD Michael D Higgins - are taking part in the 'Protect One, Empower a Thousand' campaign which has been organised by human rights organisation Frontline.
