Man dies in Carlow accident

A young man has died in a tragic car accident in wintry conditions in Co Carlow.

Stephen Nolan, 26, from Borris was driving in Kilcoltrim when his van hit a bridge, dislodging part of the barrier in the early hours of Monday morning.
