Martin: Budget will not make people happy

Foreign Affairs Minister Micheál Martin has said tomorrow's Budget will be "difficult or all" and that "people will not be happy".

Speaking ahead of what is expected to be the toughest Budget in the history of the State, the Minister said he was acutely conscious that people are going to be angry tomorrow evening.
