Dempsey applauds local authority and transport workers

Transport Minister Noel Dempsey this afternoon paid tribute to everyone who has worked to keep Ireland on the move during the severe weather.

Minister Dempsey said he applauds the local authority staff, public transport and airport workers and emergency staff who have worked tirelessly to ensure services continue during the cold snap.
