Varadkar: Some ESB staff getting free electricity

Fine Gael's Leo Varadkar has claimed that the ESB is giving free electricity to some of its staff, while cutting off people who cannot pay their bills.

Both the ESB and Bord Gais have disconnected thousands of customers this year for not paying their bills.
