The vast majority of Bus Éireann services around the country are operating as per normal with some delays and diversions in affected areas.

Bus Éireann are seeking to maintain as many services as possible over the coming days subject to road and weather conditions.

The company are continuing to closely monitor weather and road conditions throughout the night and early morning.

School closures combined with weather and road conditions, particularly on secondary and minor roads, are also likely to result in some disruption to school transport services in affected areas tomorrow. Bus Éireann local inspectors in consultation with local schools will assess the situation in each area of the country from early tomorrow morning.

Road passenger services affected by weather and road conditions

* Rosslare-Dublin-Dublin Airport – 0130, 330 departures cancelled (Route 2 services are operating to and from Rosslare as per normal)

* 163 Drogheda-Donore – cancelled

* 175 Monaghan-Cavan – cancelled

* 100 Newry-Dundalk-Drogheda – operating with diversions

* 108 Bailieboro-Dublin - cancelled

* 190 Drogheda –Laytown – operating with diversions

Most services in West Cork are operating with some diversions and delays.

The following services are not operating: 251 Baltimore -Drimoleague, and 230 Cork - Ballingeary
