Study highlights low numbers of breastfeeding mothers

A study which looks at the lives of children growing up in Ireland is highlighting the low levels of breastfeeding rates here and patterns of smoking and drinking during pregnancy.

The 'Growing up in Ireland' study is tracking the lives of more than 11,000 nine-month-old babies and nine-year-olds along with their families.
