Kenny: Plan 'must allow new govt to make changes'
A bailout by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Europe must be flexible enough to allow a new government to revise the four-year budget plan, Fine Gael’s Enda Kenny said today.
The opposition leader said the terms of the deal must allow another coalition the ways and means of achieving the already agreed €15bn savings.
