Protestors demonstrate against Govt austerity plan
Up to 50 people are staging a protest outside Government Buildings to oppose the four-year austerity plan.
The group - who are mostly members of Sinn Féin and People Before Profit - said the Government has no mandate to impose the €15bn in spending cuts and tax hikes.
The nearby Merrion Hotel - where the International Monetary Fund delegation is staying - has been forced to close its doors after protestors gathered outside chanting anti-IMF slogans.
Sinn Féin TDs Aengus O'Snodaigh and Martin Ferris are among those taking part in the demonstration.
