Nevin fails to overturn murder conviction

Catherine Nevin has lost her bid to overturn her ten-year-old conviction for the murder of her husband as a miscarriage of justice.

The woman, known as the "black widow", is serving life for killing Tom Nevin at their pub Jack White’s near Brittas Bay in Wicklow.
