Man dies in car crash in the North

A 17-year-old has been killed in a crash in the North which is being blamed on black ice.

Odhran McGreevy, from the Loughinisland area, was driving a car which collided with another vehicle on the Newcastle Road in Seaford, Co Down, shortly after 10pm last night.

Two people in the second car were taken to hospital, although their injuries are not believed to be too serious.
