Higgins confident of regaining Dáil seat

Socialist MEP Joe Higgins has said he has a "very strong possibility" of regaining his Dáil seat if a General Election is called in the next few months.

The Dublin MEP lost his place in the Dáil in the election of 2007 but won a seat in the European Parliament last year.
