Three held following Dublin heroin seizure

Three people have been arrested after a heroin seizure in Dublin yesterday evening.

Gardaí from the drugs unit at Kevin Street recovered €100,000 worth of the drug at a property in Rialto at 6pm.

Also seized in the search were drug paraphernalia such as weighing scales and bagging material

Three males aged 16, 22 and 24 were arrested and taken to Kevin Street and Harcourt Terrace garda stations for questioning.

It follows the seizure of €50,000 worth of cocaine and a hand gun in the Rialto area on Sunday. No arrests have been made in relation to that incident.
