Ahern looking to bolster CAB powers

Justice Minister Dermot Ahern has said he is looking at ways of possibility strengthening the Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB).

Commenting today on the publication of the 2009 CAB report, Minister Ahern said a review of the law underpinning the Bureau's operation is underway.
