Elderly man killed in car accident

A man in his 60s has been killed in a road accident in Co Donegal.

A passenger in his car and the driver of the other vehicle involved have been taken to Letterkenny hospital, but were not seriously hurt.

The accident happened on the bypass between Tullyearl and Dromlonagher just after 4pm.

The road has been closed while gardaí investigate the collision.
