All Budget options on the table, says Lenihan

The Finance Minister Brian Lenihan says tax increases, along with welfare and pension cuts will be considered as part of the Government's Budget plans in December.

However speaking to Bloomberg News, he said he is "absolutely" sure Ireland will not need a bailout from the IMF or the EU.
