Martin: Solving financial crisis 'not rocket science'

Foreign Affairs Minister Micheál Martin said today that stabilising the country's finances is "not rocket science".

Minister Martin also ruled out any sort of a National Government, though he said that a consensus on the Budget would be desirable.
