Ryan Commission members to address Belfast conference

Members of the Ryan Commission who carried out the investigation into institutional child abuse here are in Belfast this morning to address one of the biggest ever gatherings of victims there.

The conference - being organised by Amnesty International - will call for the establishment of a similar independent investigation.
