The Enterprise, Trade and Innovation Minister Batt O'Keeffe has said the Government is looking at overhauling laws as part of the clampdown on rogue bankers.

Mr O'Keeffe's comments come after the Financial Regulator Matthew Elderfield called for tougher, higher-level laws to allow for criminal actions against individuals.
