M7 Nenagh to Limerick road opened after collapse repair
The country's latest stretch of motorway is to open to cars around now - more than a year behind schedule.
The 38-kilometre M7 Nenagh to Limerick road was due to be finished by June last year at a cost of €425m but the contractors ran into trouble when the almost-completed road collapsed into a bog.
It is hoped the new stretch will remove major traffic from areas like Daly's Cross and Yellow Bridge.
