Protestors demonstrate against closure of fire stations

Around a thousand people have taken to the streets of Tullamore, Co. Offaly to demand the Taoiseach step in to save local fire services.

Campaigners marched to Brian Cowen's constituency office to highlight their outrage at the close of Banagher and Daingean stations.
