Gardaí to recruit teens in fight against alcohol abuse

Gardaí will soon be able to get underage people to carry out "test purchasing of alcohol".

Under a new scheme that has been launched today, Gardaí can send a person who is 15, 16 or 17 years old into a licenced premises to buy drink.
