Hundreds expected at Navan Hospital protest
Hundreds of people are expected to protest outside Minister Noel Dempsey's office in Navan today over cutbacks at Navan Hospital.
The 'Save Navan Hospital Committee' is protesteing at the HSE's decision to downsize the hospital.
Deputy Mayor of Navan Peadar Toibín said people were "furious and disgusted" at the decision and intended to protest vigorously to save the services at the hospital.
