Authority closes five premises over food safety concerns

The Food Safey Authority ordered five businesses to shut last month.

Concerns were raised over food safety at the premises in counties Dublin, Cavan, Clare and Roscommon where two businesses were forced to close.

It is a 50% drop in the number of closures ordered in July.
