Unions: HSE decision 'likely to go to LRC'
Unions say there is "every probability" the decision to end major surgeries at Our Lady's Hospital in Navan will be brought before the Labour Relations Commission.
Several unions are meeting with HSE representatives this morning to discussion the decision to end the surgeries at the Meath hospital.
The union representing senior doctors has said they are not convinced the HSE has thought the plan through.
Donal Duffy of the Irish Hospital Consultants Association isn't happy with how staff were informed about the decision.
