Plans to cease passenger trains in the south-east, on the Rosslare to Waterford line, have been approved by the National Transport Authority (NTA).

Plans to cease passenger trains in the south-east, on the Rosslare to Waterford line, have been approved by the National Transport Authority (NTA).

The NTA said the current service was not viable, with fewer than 50 passengers using the service each way.
