Boy, six, dies after being struck by boat

A six-year-old boy struck by a speedboat at a beach in County Down on Monday has died in hospital.

Stuart Wilson, from Rathfriland, had been fighting for his life after suffering severe head injuries in the accident at Cranfield.

His parents had maintained a bedside vigil in hospital hoping their son would make a recovery.
