Redevelopment begins for Blackrock VEC college

Work is due to begin later on the redevelopment of the VEC college in Blackrock, Co Dublin.

Tánaiste Mary Coughlan will turn the sod to signal the start of construction.

It marks the beginning of refurbishment and development of the new campus.
