AIB criticised for subsidising club memberships for staff

AIB is facing more backlash after it was reported that the bank is offering to pay golf club and leisure memberships for staff.

The bank reported losses of €2bn for the first half of the year and is now raising its interest rates by 0.5% from close of business today.
