Man dies following collision between ambulance and car

A man in his 60s has died following a crash between an ambulance and a car in Dublin.

The collision happend at the Johnstown Road junction in Cabinteely on the N11 just before 1pm this afternoon.

The man who died was being transported to St Vincent's Hospital at the time of the crash.

The ambulance crew were treated in hospital for minior injuries.
