Crisis Pregnancy Agency sees rise in number of 35+ women seeking help
There has been an increase in the number of women over 35 contacting the Crisis Pregnancy Agency.
The organisation has merged with the HSE under a new title, the Crisis Pregnancy Programme.
In its annual report, the agency said the increase in women over 35 seeking information is down to a number of possible factors, including financial worries, concern over job security or the breakdown of a relationship.
Director Caroline Spillane said: "All of these things can contribute to a wanted pregnancy turning into a crisis."
